Note-- this is a desktop website, as the navigation doesn't work for smartphones yet! Neocities does not seem to be improving anything about its website UI or compatibility with other website-hosting applications. Neocities charges for using audio and I stopped after 2 months. They also don't teach their beginner users about using HTML website presets or templates, and doesn't have a community of creators or vocal peers. Ergo, I don't have a real reason to continue using it compared to Github's cloud website & free use of audio.
